Golf Tournament

The 7th Annual TCR Golf Tournament wilThe 7th Annual TCR Golf Tournament will be on Saturday, April 21, 2012 in the Rio Pinar Country Club at 12PM. This is one of TCR's biggest fundraisers and we need the help and support of all parents and students with getting golfers, sponsors, and donated auction items. Please see the following flyer for additional information:

A committee is also being created to help organize this event and a meeting is being held on Tuesday, February 7th at 6:30pm in the band room to discuss how to make this a successful fundraiser.

If you have any questions or are able to assist with getting golfers, corporate sponsors, donated auction items, have an interest in volunteering or being part of the committee, please contact our Fundraising Officer, Rick Brown, at tchsfundraising@gmail.com.

1) HOLE SPONSORS - $100.00 - Any business that would like to advertise their business we will post a sign at one of the holes during the tournament and announce their business during the luncheon. ($25 goes to the student account)

2) CORPORATE SPONSOR - $500 - A foursome through a business who will be given a Hole Sign and also be announced at the luncheon. ($50 goes to the student account)

3) DINNER SPONSOR - $1000 - Includes one foursome, table display at the dinner, and signage on the buffet tables and all benefits of 2012-2013 TCR Silver Sponsorship. ( $100 goes to the student account)

4) GOODY BAG - DONATION - Inclusion of promotional gift in goody bag.

2011 Regiment Assessments & Accounts

It is vital to the success of the band program to ensure that all student accounts are current and paid up to date. If you have not already done so please make ensure your students account is current by making checks made payable to TCHS and turn them into Mr. Cox as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding your child's account balance please contact the Finance Officer, Cynthia Novoa at tcrfinance@gmail.com. If you did not receive the 2011-2012 Financial Information form please see the attached link.


Please note: Students participating in Winter Guard or Indoor Percussion must have their fall regiment accounts paid up to date. Also, all past and current regiment accounts (band & guard) which have outstanding balances, and which do not have pre-arranged payment plans with the Mr. Cox, have been entered by the directors into the Timber Creek HS Destiny system which tracks obligations.
