Fundraising is a fun experience and helps both the band and the student.
There will be several opportunities for students and families to help raise funds for the band and for the student. This year several of the fund raisers have a profit sharing component with the student. From the profit of some fundraisers a portion will go into their Student Account and can be used for band fees, band trip and other costs associated with the band. Money earned by the student in fundraisers cannot be returned to the student as cash. Money can be held on account from year to year. The Student can also designate money from their band account to be used for other students or other band projects or needs.

Remember, there is no FUN without FUNdraising!
"Fuel Your Fundraising" with BJ's Has Been Extended!!!!

Our fundraising chairpersons are at it again!!! They have found another great way to raise money for our band program. For those of you thinking of getting (or renewing) a BJ's membership, now is the time! When you purchase a new membership to BJ's (or renew your current membership), a $5 donation will be made to the TCHS band program. The memberships are good for 15 months! Also, right now BJ's is running a special and giving us $10.00 off of their regular 'Inner Circle' price. So, you can get 15 months for $35.00. It is a great deal! Please see below for the Application and Additional Information on this great program. Please contact our fundraising co-chair, Rick Brown (tcrfundraising@cfl.rr.com) with any questions. Anyone can join or renew and have the $5.00 donated to the band, not just those directly affiliated with our program. The person joining or renewing must fill out and return the special application form which can be downloaded from our website (it says Timber Creek Regiment right on the form). Hurry...this offer is only good until May 25, 2009. Thank you, as always, for your support!

Those interested can pay with a credit card. They can scan their paper and email the application and Mr. Rick Brown can have this submitted within 24hrs for either new or renewal. They will receive a email once this is made effective and they can go to the front counter of a BJ's for a new card. If this is a renewal they do nothing. It will be made effective immeiditatly.

If the person applying prefers to pay by check, we can let them take their application directly to the BJ's and drop it off. However they need to put it into an envelope and make sure they put CHERYL STINSON (CORP SALES) on the front. She will get this and process the same way. If they don't put an email address on the form they will need to go into the store themselves and check status.

Driving For Funds

Raise funds for the Band program while taking your required online driving courses: students earn $10 for the Band by taking their online driving courses through DrivingforFunds.com. This company donates $10 of their course fee to a single organization at each registered school. In the case of TCHS, that's the Band program!
