Fundraising is a fun experience and helps both the band and the student.
There will be several opportunities for students and families to help raise funds for the band and for the student. This year several of the fund raisers have a profit sharing component with the student. From the profit of some fundraisers a portion will go into their Student Account and can be used for band fees, band trip and other costs associated with the band. Money earned by the student in fundraisers cannot be returned to the student as cash. Money can be held on account from year to year. The Student can also designate money from their band account to be used for other students or other band projects or needs.

Remember, there is no FUN without FUNdraising!

ENTERTAINMENT BOOK FUNDRAISER

Each Orlando area book costs $30.00, and of course, books for other locations can be purchased online at www.fundraising.entertainment.com. Our account # is 656230, and this number is needed when placing an online order.  The new Entertainment Book for Orlando includes coupons for many local businesses and restaurants, etc.

Out-of-Town Books are included in the contest, but make sure that when it opens up Aug 5th, that you register your son or daughter so they will get the proper credit.

Books are $30 each to sell
Band pays $15.00 for 1st 5 books sold and the 6th book is Free

Total money earned for 6 books sold is $105.00 ($15.00 each for the first five and $30.00 for book 6)

For every set of 6 books sold – $67.50 goes in student account, $37.50 goes in general band account.

Driving For Funds

Raise funds for the Band program while taking your required online driving courses: students earn $10 for the Band by taking their online driving courses through DrivingforFunds.com. This company donates $10 of their course fee to a single organization at each registered school. In the case of TCHS, that's the Band program!
