JINSHA SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL 2013
JINSHA SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL is an experience of a lifetime.
Our 24 day journey starts in the heart of China in the city of Chengdu.
The Festival offers the exciting combination of modern city life, ancient Chinese history,
and an oasis of arts and culture. The students participate in a wide variety of classes
and studies. Our programs include weekly private lessons with an artist-faculty member,
chamber music coaching sessions, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese opera, Chinese language
lessons and much more. The cultural and musical immersion is immediate, and the students
are encouraged to embrace the beauty around them. Get more information from your band director.

2012-2013 Regiment Assessments & Accounts
It is vital to the success of the band program to ensure that all student
band accounts are current and paid up to date. If you have not already done so please make
ensure your students account is current by making checks made payable to TCHS and turn it
into Mr. Cox as soon as possible, please also include in the Memo: Timber Creek Regiment
and your child's full name. If you have any questions regarding your student's account balance
please contact the Finance Officer, Cynthia Novoa at tcrfinance@gmail.com.

Please note: Per Mr. Cox, all past and current band accounts have been entered into the
Timber Creek HS Destiny system which tracks obligations. In doing so this will affect receiving
report cards, graduation diplomas, transcripts and participation in the next band season.

Regiment members who have balances on their accounts will be placed on alternate status, and until
their accounts are paid up to date or acceptable payment arrangements have been made with the
directors. If you have not already turned in your assessment or still need to get your regiment/band
accounts up to date, please do so as soon as possible.

Please be advised, once a check is turned in, it is then submitted to TCHS for processing.
Once processing by TCHS begins it cannot be stopped. TCHS also uses Checkexchange for all
returned checks for further processing if necessary. All fees associated with this recovery
process are the sole responsibility of the account holder and not TCHS or TCR.

on the involvement and support of all parents, and is also an excellent
opportunity for your family to participate in a safe and educational
