Percussion Premier Tentative Itinerary

The time has arrived for our debut performance! Attached is an itinerary for this Saturday's show. The good news is you will get most of the day to yourselves as we are with your children the entire day; the bad news is that you will have to wake up early to get them here and stay up late to pick them up!

Regarding the performance, we plan to be missing many students. There is All-County activities and SAT testing amongst others competing events, so this show will stand out from all others. For those students who have prior engagements the morning of the 28th but can make it to the show later in the day, please e-mail me for further information on where to meet the rest of the ensemble.

Terry and Marcee Stofflet are calling a meeting at 12:00 noon for all parents interested in volunteering this season. We will be needing a few parents to stay for the day's activities too, and so if you are interested please stay-tuned as they e-mail you about the meeting.

I am looking forward to our first performance! The staff and students are excited, but I know they will be even more excited if our parents are there to cheer us on. If you are able to come out this Saturday we would all appreciate your support!

We hope to see you this Saturday for our first performance. Our performance time is 6:23 but these performance slots can be fluid so arriving early will ensure that you will see your child perform.

Tentative Itinerary

Chicago Trip & Meeting

The 5th and final payment, in the amount of $190 per person was due on December 14th. The Chicago trip payment information and itinerary is attached.

There will be a meeting on Tuesday, January 17th; if you are going on the Chicago trip please plan on attending this very important meeting. If you have any questions please contact Mr. Cox at Rhett.Cox@ocps.net.

Golf Tournament & Meeting

The 7th Annual TCR Golf Tournament will be on Saturday, April 21, 2012 in the Rio Pinar Country Club at 12PM. This is one of TCR's biggest fundraisers and we need the help and support of all parents and students. We need golfers, sponsors, donated auction items and volunteers to help organize the event. Please see the following flyer for additional information. If you are able to assist with either of these items please contact our Fundraising Officer, Rick Brown, at tchsfundraising@gmail.com. There will be a very important volunteer meeting on Wednesday, January 11th at 6:30pm. Please contact Rick Brown for location and time information.

2011 Regiment Assessments & Accounts

It is vital to the success of the band program to ensure that all student accounts are current and paid up to date. If you have not already done so please make ensure your students account is current by making checks made payable to TCHS and turn them into Mr. Cox as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding your child's account balance please contact the Finance Officer, Cynthia Novoa at tcrfinance@gmail.com. If you did not receive the 2011-2012 Financial Information form please see the attached link.

Please note: Students participating in Winter Guard or Indoor Percussion must have their fall regiment accounts paid up to date. Also, all past and current regiment accounts (band & guard) which have outstanding balances, and which do not have pre-arranged payment plans with the Mr. Cox, have been entered by the directors into the Timber Creek HS Destiny system which tracks obligations.
